The Koonya Garlic Festival is a uniquely original Tasman food experience that celebrates the joy of garlic, the food it flavours and the music and art that it inspires!
Quality garlic-inspired produce and food is an important element of the festival, so that festival visitors have a unique and memorable food and festival experience. Non produce/food/beverage stalls need to have a 'garlic-inspired' theme.
Due to the constraints of the festival site and to retain an authentic, inclusive festival experience, stalls spaces are strictly limited. This year Tasman council has issued new food guidelines. Please refer to the guidelines below.
Prospective stallholders are advised to submit their applications no later than 20th November, 2016 to avoid disappointment. As an incentive EARLY BIRD rates apply..
Stallholder Applications are now closed for 2017 festival.
