The Koonya Garlic Festival is a uniquely original Tasman food experience that celebrates the joy of garlic, the food it flavours and the music and art that it inspires!
Quality garlic and garlic-inspired produce, artisan garlic products, and delicious gourmet garlic-inspired food to eat on the day is a crucial element of the festival, so that festival visitors can enjoy a unique and memorable food and festival experience..
Due to the constraints of the festival site, stall numbers are limited. Preference will be given to stalls selling garlic, garlic-inspired products, gourmet garlic-inspired food and quality beverages:soft drinks, coffee, wine, craft beer, gin, whisky and vodka.
Registration Form To register your expression of interest, please fill out the stallholder Registration form below and submit it to the stallholder coordinator firstname.lastname@example.org (Deadline 15th December, 2017).
Important: After the sub,mission deadline, a selection process will take place., after which successful applicants will be notified. Please make sure you include a detailed description of your produce, particularly where there are any garlic elements in your dishes or produce, to give yourself the best possible chance of selection.. Stall spaces are strictly limited.
Food Licenses and Marquees Please note that stallholders will have to organise their own food licenses with Tasman Council (03) 6250 9200 (unless you have a state wide license) Stallholders will also have to provide their own marquees for the 2018 festival.
